Evolution Weapon Systems Bolt Carrier .223/5.56mm & 300 AAC with Pistol end plate
The Buffer-less Technology (BLT) Bolt Carrier group that everyone has been waiting for. For use with any direct impingement AR-15. Buffer-less Technology with triple spring recoil management drives our bolt carrier's Patent Pending Recoil system.
Dust Cover Version. Updated bolt carriers have dust cover cutout. Cutout IS NOT a milspec size, standard dust covers will not close properly. Due to guide rod interference, full size cutout is not possible. We have made a compatible light weight dust cover with a smaller detent footprint. Dust cover sold separately.

Gas System requirements & Calibers
223/5.56mm/300AAC
- Pistol length or shorter adjustable gas blocks
- Carbine length use with adjustable gas block
- Mid-length & rifle length use with fixed gas block (adjustable for fine tuning)
Note:
- Does not have forward assist function
- Does not have dust cover cutout
- It is always recommended, no matter the barrel length or caliber, that you run a quality adjustable gas block for precise tuning of the bolt carrier group.
- Must use quality magazines
- NFA length rules apply, know your state and local laws for overall length requirements
WARNING: <18" barrel legnths must use adjustable gas blocks, if not, premature wear and damage to weapon will occur
