1. Email us at sales@evolutionweaponsystems.com Download & Sign the Acknowledgment, the mandatory AB 1263 Acknowledgment Form. A hand initialed, dated, and hand signed copy is required. Once completed, please scan and upload via email the document using the appropriate designated file upload section below.
2. Verify Age and Shipping Address
A clear scan or photo of your government-issued ID front and rear is required to verify that you are 18+ and to confirm your shipping address. Please upload this file via email
